This research was conducted to examine information receiving and satisfaction, to compare the satisfaction in accordance, problems and difficulties in public relation media utilized by John F. Kennedy Library. The samples included current 328 undergraduates and graduates of Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus. Questionnaires were employed for data collection. The research discovered that 1) the students received the information from public relation media utilized by John F. Kennedy Library; 1.1) electronic, activity and personal media were employed by the students respectively; 1.2) the highest received electronic media content was network search introduction followed by personal and printed media as library usage introduction; 1.3) concerning the frequency in receiving information, the students’ choices went to personal, activity and electronic media in order, 2) the students showed high level in their satisfaction with public relation media utilized by John F. Kennedy Library; in that they were highly satisfied with electronic, personal and activity media respectively. Comparing the satisfaction in accordance with variables including level of education, year of education and faculty, the study discovered that level of education: Overall, no difference was found. However, independently, different satisfaction with radio and activity media used in public relation was shown between undergraduates and the graduates. Year of education:Although the result was similar in general, separately considered, the study found that the students’ satisfaction with personal and activity media used in public relation was dissimilar. Faculty: The difference as a whole was not shown. Nevertheless, concerning each aspect, the students’ satisfaction with printed, radio, personal and activity media were unlike. 3) problems and difficulties in public relation media utilized by John F. Kennedy Library, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus was at high level. A high level of electronic media problems and difficulties went to presentation format. Radio media showed problems and difficulties in convenience in receiving information, well-distributed publication, situation immediateness and being up-to-date as well as continuation of radio publication at high level.
